Cigna Health Solutions had needs for Nurse Health Advisors to staff its Eden Prairie, MN location. In order to meet local candidates, make hires, and reinforce their local brand as an employer of choice, Cigna scheduled an Open House event this past August. Previous efforts (e.g. advertisements) had been unsuccessful at sourcing a sufficient amount of candidates. Katon Partners was engaged, and a strategy was developed to target 2,000 local nurses with a proactive TeleRecruit campaign. The goal of the campaign was not only to invite candidates to the Open House, but also provide a way for those nurses who were unable to attend to express interest in the opportunity via a scheduled phone call with a Cigna Recruiter. The results? Over 80 interested candidates sourced and 40 Open House attendees.
